RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We want to thank each of you for shopping with us! We hope you are excited about your items from Southern Belles! However, we understand that problems may arise and you need to exchange your items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help! Our items can be exchanged for a store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. We have a no refund policy, exchange only. 

Exchanges: If the item is in stock, we're happy to exchange for a different color, size, or pattern. However, exchanges that can't be filled due to changing inventory will be issued a store credit. 

On all mail order exchanges please include a $7 shipping payment for your item and reason for the return. All items returned without $7 shipping payment will be issued a store credit. You are responsible for paying for the cost of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damaged to the product during shipping, both to and from Southern Belles. We recommend returning with a tracking and/or insurance 

Store credit will be issued for the amount of purchase only.

No shipping charges are refunded or credited on returns.

Return/Exchange eligibility: 

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving order.

The product in original condition and packaging; no use or damaged items.

Once items have been received we will email you with a code for you to redeem for future purchases.
